Person Centered Planning

Person Centered Planning (PCP) is a process used to help individuals with disabilities and their families plan for the future. The focus of PCP is the individual and their capabilities. The Iowa Deafblind Project has provided PCP workshops in past years. These workshops are intended to bring teams together to discuss a student’s strengths, relationships, and needs for the future. PCP can begin at any age at any time. If you are interested in finding out more about PCP for your child or student, please contact Susan Brennan at 319-560-4014.
